Remove all packaging before burning.
Keep wick centered and trimmed to ¼’’ at all times. (Use a wick trimmer, scissors, or nail clippers.)
Burn candle within sight at all times.
Never burn a candle on or near anything that might catch fire.
Use a heat-resistant and sturdy candleholder.
Use a safety long-reach lighter or long matches to light the candle.
Be mindful of your hair and clothing - keep away from the flame.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep the candle out of the reach of children and pets.
Burn candles in well-ventilated rooms. (Avoid drafts, vents, or air currents.)
Never touch or move the candle while it is burning.
Do not burn candles for more than four hours at a time.
Keep the wax pool clear of wick trimmings, matches and debris at all times.
Do NOT use as a nightlight and do not go to sleep while the candle is burning.
If you are using more than one candles, keep candles three inches apart.
Extinguish the candle with a candle snuffer.
Do not use water or any other liquid to extinguish your candle.
Crystals/stone - carefully remove from the unlit candle.
Don't touch or move the candle until it has completely cooled.
Do not use a knife to remove wax drippings from glass holder, it can scratch or weaken the glass.
Make sure the candle is completely out and the wick ember is no longer glowing before leaving the room.

We don't ship on holidays.
Book, tote, and paper-product orders are shipped Monday - Friday.
Candle orders are shipped Monday - Wednesday.
We use this practice to ensure that your product does not sit in a hot warehouse or shipping carrier over the weekend. We want you to receive the product in it's original quality form.
Once your order has shipped.
You will receive the shipment confirmation in your email, containing the tracking number.
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
B. K. Sweeting Shop is not liable for any products that are lost or damaged during shipping.
If your order was lost in transit, please contact us. We will confirm the shipment/delivery details and will then direct you to contact the shipment carrier to file a claim with them.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
However, if you experience an issue with an order please contact us immediately, so we can resolve it for you, in a timely matter. Your happiness is our happiness!
