Eco-friendly luxury Candles
We get our supplies from a single, premier source in California to lower our carbon footprint.
Strike a match for an elevated space + uplifted spirit with our beautiful . Our complex, custom aromas and essential oils are of the highest quality. We use Virgin Coconut Soy Wax. This vegan wax is natural, clean + slow-burning, and biodegradable. Our wooden wicks are FSC certified, with a distinct crackle. The signature frosted glass containers are eco-friendly and made from 10% recycled glass.

Keep the wick trimmed to 1/8" - 1/4’’ just above the wax. You can use a wick trimmer, but if you don't have one, the next best option is clean nail clippers.

Burn your candle within sight at all times. Keep the candle out of the reach of children and pets. Burn candles in well-ventilated rooms. (Avoid drafts) Burn your candle until a full melt pool forms to avoid tunneling. Don't burn 8 oz candles for longer than 4 hours, and don't burn 4 oz candles for longer than 2 hours at a time to prevent overheating.

Extinguish the flame by gently blowing it out or with a candle snuffer. Never use water or any other liquid to extinguish your candle. Use the cork lid to cover your candle, protecting it from dust & debris.

We'll have your order processed within 2-4 business days. To ensure the safety of items that are susceptible to the heat, summer orders that include candles or other heat-sensitive products will only be shipped from Monday to Wednesday. During winter, we aim to ship quickly!

We use a variety of certified eco-friendly packaging. Ranging from biodegradable peanuts, compostable cellophane, to recyclable paper products. The majority of the packaging is produced with sustainable and renewable resources.

We ship within the United States. We use the United States Postal Service for all orders. We calculate shipping costs based on the size and weight of the package. Orders over $50 include free shipping!

Return and Refund Policy

Lost
- If your order was lost in transit, please contact us at Coastly@bksweeting.com.
- We will confirm the shipment/delivery details and will direct you to contact the shipping carrier to file a claim with them.
Damages
- If your product arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at Coastly@bksweeting.com. (Photos are needed to support a damage claim.)
- We will advise customers to dispose of the original item or send it back at our expense. We will either process it for a refund or replacement, or forward it to the shipping carrier for a claim, depending on the damage.
Returns
- Our goal is to offer the most excellent handmade items. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it up to 3 days after delivery. Please email Coastly@bksweeting.com to start a return. (Exclusion: Bath & Body Products)
- To be eligible for a return, your product (s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the buyer returns the product (s) in a used condition, they will have to bear the loss in value which will be deducted from the refunded amount. Buyer handles return shipping costs. We will deduct the original shipping cost from the refunded amount.
